I called GETAROOM who then called the hotel to verify charges. All seemed to be resolved but I have yet to be reimbursed .

made reservation through getaroom..charged my card then the hotel also charged my card

User's recommendation: avoid.

Product or Service Mentioned: Merrick Bank Credit Card.

Monetary Loss: $137.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Getaroom Pros: No pros cons beware of what your paying.

Getaroom Cons: Customer service.
