They charged me twice for the same reservation and would not fix the problems. Put me on hold twice and then hung up.

User's recommendation: Don’t use these people.. They are scammers. They charged me $250.00.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Getaroom Pros: That i know now never to use this company again.

Getaroom Cons: Deceptive and predatory business practices.
