Called to change reservations said hotel wouldnt let them when policy clearly shows they can, said they called front desk of hotel and asked there was no front desk all remote from India. Was on hold for 30 mins two times.
Charged an extra 150. On 350.
Charge said it was taxes but it wasnt. Do not use this company ever.!
