booked a room for a funeral and when I got the final total of the bill it was way more because of the tacked on fees and charges. Immediately cancelled the rooms and was informed it was a non-refundable charge per the hotel policy.
Called the hotel and found this was not their policy.
I just got off the phone with one of your reps who stated he called the hotel as well and was told it was their policy as well which is a lie since I spoke with them myself. I am not ok with a company stealing my money from me and unless I hear back from you I will be contacting the Us Government fraud department as there are several reviews stating the same thing and contacting an attoney(brother) to get this issuw resovled a a
User's recommendation: stay the *** away from here and always call the hotel directly.

Getaroom Pros: That i have learned a lesson about deceptive reservation ads, I learned to call hotels directly - never use a travel site.
Getaroom Cons: I thought it was the days inn reservation department robbed me.
