Went to check in and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I called their phone and they kept putting me on hold.

We decided not to check in and they charged me anyway. They told me it was non refundable.

User's recommendation: Do not use this company.

Monetary Loss: $149.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Getaroom Pros: Deceitful practices.

Getaroom Cons: Overpaying for a room, Zero customer service.
