Stole my money
have got no help or a refund , can’t call because my “number” and information isn’t in their system for me to talk to a representative but they still proceed to steal money from me and not even allow me to have access for a room reservation.

By the time the final bill showed up it was $249 per room. This was not revealed until you accepted the initial order.
I realize there are fees for tax, etc., but this fee was exorbitant. It ended up being an additional fee of almost $90 per room. On top of that there was a mixup with the reservations.. One of the rooms did not show up when we checked in at the hotel.
So the hotel booked the second room for $149 plus fee, which came to $161 and change. After a great deal of hassle and numerous phone calls, CCi did refund the $249.
This took place at the end of November. I do not have the original invoice, but I do have the return credit on my Capital One bill, which i will post with you.
User's recommendation: Don't use CCI Resrervations unless you are prepared to pay heavy fees.

absolutely disgusting. I accidentally booked a hotel reservation and called ASAP for a refund.
they said there was noting they could do and they'd "transfer me to a supervisor" only to hang up on me. TOTAL scam. and all these reviews that have replies from the company aren't truly getting any help or resolutions. Get A Room just replies to the reviews to cover their *** and act like they're helping people who have been screwed over by then, when in reality they're not.
Also, the customer service call center just screams scam, you can hear a bunch of agents in the background reading off of the same script saying the same thing which is that they can't do anything to help. Such absolute SICKNESS to take advantage of people like that especially those of us that don't have a lot of money. Get A Room will take pleasure in using you, lying to you, and doing nothing to fix it...
it was clearly always their intention to hurt you financially. Disgusting.
