GetARoom Gets in my Wallet

GetARoom deceives you by thinking you are on the hotel site. The rates look great, but READ THE FINE PRINT. They charged and extra $140 for hotel recovery fees, whatever that is. I cancelled the reservation within minutes because it said the cancellation policy was that of the hotel’s. They wont refund my money.

GetARoom - The worst!!

If you're going to book a room with this company please do not waste your time. The customer service via phone is horrible. They are very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK HERE!! DO NOT SAY I HAVEN'T WARN YOU!!
