It’s been a bout 38 min , and still not resolved
I booked accommodation for 8th Oct but now I need to change it to 9 th Oct .. I already arrived at the hotel today.. so I request u to change it please

Needed copy of billing for expense report.
book a room for coworker for business trip. the e-receipt was sent to a wrong email address so I never got the receipt. They followed up and provide me with a copy of the transaction at time of billing. was able to submit that as a valid receipt. They are $150 more expensive than booking directly thru the hotel. Would not use them again!!

Charges on room
Getaroom charged for my room at the time I made the reservation. I was not aware. Neither was Holiday Inn. So, hotel staff charged me for the same reservation. Lack of communication. I only caught the error when I looked over monthly statement. No one knew this had happened. To give credit to getaroom their customer service handled the situation professionally and as quickly as possible.
User's recommendation: Read and be aware what happens when you make a reservation.

They have sent a refund to Citi Bank
The company getaroom have informed me that they have sent a full refund to my master card at Citibank.
User's recommendation: Make sure that this or any other company you book through send you all the detail of the reservation.
