Book two nights asked to change to one night and they said hotel front desk wont allow. No one called front desk as there wasnt anyone at front desk all remote. Lied about taxes was on hold for more than 30 mins two times

User's recommendation: Never use.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
