I made a reservation with get a room and I honestly don't remember agreeing to pay before check in but anyway they took the money from my account within 24 hours however, when I cancelled my reservation and noticed 2 days later they still had not credited my card I called customer service and they told me it would take 3-5 business days to return my $. In this day of electronics that is ridiculous!

I wont be booking with them again. When I asked the customer service representative whey would take so long was told it is just policy and nothing he could do about it.

I should know better than to deal with third parties when booking reservations. Word to the wise book directly with company.

Same thing happened to me. I booked a room and afterwards over $100 in additional fees were added to a one night stay.

I called to cancel right away.

Still waiting on refund. This site is a scam.
