Overcharged and a nightmare to get help!
I went online thinking I was on the Marriott website to make a reservation. I was not.
I ended up making the reservation with Getaroom.com. Now I was overcharged and it's been a nightmare to get help.
If this matters to anyone at getaroom, then my claim number is 513****
User's recommendation: Check carefully that you are not on a third party website.
Monetary Loss: $190.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
