I called the hotel as soon as I realized I was in the wrong location. I had just checked in and when I checked in to tell them they put me in the wrong hotel, they said it was MY fault for checking in!!

They said we will not refund your money or move you! They said they would have only charged me $300.00 to move me had I not checked in!!! I went to check out and found out they overcharged me $300.00!

I called them about that too and they said "we are a 3rd party and that is our price" He kept making excuses for the price difference and said if you have anymore questions send an email!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been so frustrated before about hotel reservations.
