EVERYONE refunded expenses because of the Corona Virus with the EXCEPTION of Get A Room. Very poor customer service and I will never use your service again. Lesson learned.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In my humble opinion they do not care about senior citizens and customers in genear.
