Tried to contact several times past months, due to COVID events and flights to Munich are canceled. Advise of the government is to stay at home!

The hotel indicates canceling is no problem without any fee, Getaroom indicates by email the cancelation fee will be 333 USD @$%$#@!!. This is a scam If somebody reads this from getaroom my reference is #R171315**** from your mailbot and the bookingref is 812****

User's recommendation: Never book getaroom.

Product or Service Mentioned: Getaroom Room Booking.

Monetary Loss: $665.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
