Hey how you doing im trying to see where my refund I had canceled my reservation with the Drury inn at St. Louis arch they canceled it out for me they told me I would have to contact you guess to see why Im only get half my money back cause I ask was I getting my fool refund some how they told me they canceled and I should receive full amount but someone from here said I was only getting 133 Of my money back I been waiting on my money for like 7 days Now

Monetary Loss: $205.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
