I booked a reservation through Getaroom for the Hyatt Place Chicago-Midway in February for a one night stay. I explained I needed the parking as well at the hotel and asked if their price included the park and stay, l needed to leave my car for 10 days.

The representative "BRIAN" who assisted me verified that yes this price will include the parking for 10 days. Upon my arrival at the hotel I was informed that the parking to leave my car was an additional $170, it is NOT included in a reservation you make through this company or any other third party booking company.

Only through Hyatt directly you get the parking. I contacted Getaroom customer service to advise them what happened, but was told they could not compensate me because I did not contact them within a day or two after the reservation with this issue, I addressed it when I got home from vacation..."So I get penalized for this" DO NOT RECOMMED THEM
