Getaroom - SCAMMERS

No one will give their full name or extensions for "security reasons". I was told I would not be refunded by 2 supervisors for a cancellation of double booked room, 3 days prior to reservation. When I said ill just keep my room and cancel tje one my husband booked since I have to pay for it anyway I was told I cant have it back! This is all within 5 minutes of the cancellation.

Getaroom - BEWARE OF UNEXPLAINE& UNAUTHORIZED FEES

I wish there was a rating below one-star because GetARoom.com would earn it. Their deceptive billing practices and the runaround by their customer service person are a thing of beauty. It is firms like this give all travel sites a bad but well earned rep.

I booked a room and canceled in 10 minutes I questioned representative on the $25 cancelation charge an she put me on hold to rectify this and told me I would get my full deposit back.Then I find out that they took the charge anyway. I don't appreciate being lied to....
