I thought I was booking on the hotel web site but unfortunately is was through Getaroom.com or Reservations.com When I realized my mistake, I cancelled but did not get all my money back in spite of filing a dispute through my Credit Card company. Getaroom.com kept $165

User's recommendation: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH GETAROOM.COM OR RESERVATIONS.COM.

Monetary Loss: $165.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
