overcharged almost three times the normal cost than if you book direct, it is very easy to get sucked into their website, you do not know until the end at what cost you will be paying, by then it is too late

Getaway charged me approximately $200 over the price of the rental of the room at the Holiday Inn that is Glendale Arizona that is Glendale Arizona. Several customer representative refuse to send me a final copy of the bill. The Holiday Inn manager told me that they were contractually forbidden to give a final bill. Apparently my bill at the the motel was around $550 the final payment I made to my credit card was about $850. Never make a room reservation through any third party always make it directly with that hotel or motel.
