Called Garden Hilton in Gainesville to check a reservation we made a week ago only to be told it was not with the hotel but w Get a Room. When we called them the customer service representative although nice was absolutely of NO Help.

Could not even find our 3 night $850 dollar reservation in there system.. Something seriously wrong there.. feeling very much like i was either being scammed or subject to real stupidity.

Had to call back to Hilton to speak w manager who finally helped. Cancelled reservation w Get a Room..

User's recommendation: Don’t use Intermediary Get A Room.. ever.
