i have commented on 11 & 14 July with the following, and was told a representative will reach out but have not been contacted.

++++++ Extremely bad experience Lured into GetaRoom website from a Google search (GetaRoom website came out at the top of the search results) Booking for stay in November 2022 Grossly overcharging GetaRoom charged over USD4,900 for 4 nights of stay when the official hotel website only charges about USD3,500 for same period Checked with hotel direct even with the huge overcharging they only booked for 1 night less than the intended period of stay Website shows cancellation is available; and cancellation policy on email confirmation says free cancellation, but only after payment did it show that cancellation only available for dates which have ALREADY PASSED No luck when trying to cancel - no phone number which staff can be reached on only machine-operated when called the number on their website. When tried to cancel on GetaRoom website says cancellation fee of USD3,840 will be charged And no response to emails either Do NOT book on this website

Somehow someway I booked the same booking three times before I knew it I was hooked I'm losing $241.07 on a typing there on an internet booking they do not care about refunding or listening to you the only thing they say is that I canceled it I would never cancel something that I never intended on or losing that money at this company is out of Texas it's called CCI get a room they are very sketchy and beware of doing any booking and please look at all their reviews I've lost my money and I've seen after this all the other people have I hope a class action lawsuit is filed against you horrible company I would love to find someone to get my help me get my funds back I filed it with the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and my bank debit card I know there's others out there that feel the same pain that

Awful customer service
I recently tried to book a hotel room in Langhorne, PA. I googled Holiday Inn Express Langhorne, PA.
It led me to a website that looked like I was booking directly with Holiday Inn Express. I filled out all of my reservation requirements including my credit card info and then clicked on a "Complete Reservation" tab I thought it would take me to a summary page where I could confirm my reservation, however the transaction went through when I hit that tab. I immediately noticed that the dates were incorrect. I need the room for August 27, 2022 and departing August 28, 2022, not July 31, 2022 and departing August 1, 2022.
I immediately contacted the hotel directly to modify the dates, and they informed me that I booked through a 3rd party. I contacted customer service of getaroom who was the 3rd party, and tried to get the dates modified on the reservation. I was told the reservation was for today, couldnt be modified, and if I canceled it was nonrefundable.
I ask the first rep if she could at least try and modify the date since this was a mistake, Im still coming, just not that date, she placed me on hold and never came back on the line, I contacted them back, spoke to a 2nd person who refused to let me speak to a supervisor and was rude, I called back a 3rd time and the person relayed my information to a supervisor to contact me back, I spoke to the supervisor who was also not willing to modify the reservation and apply the amount towards my August stay. I believe the "Complete Reservation" tab on getaroom.com is deceptive as it can be interpreted that an additional action by the purchaser is required (most other sites do have a final review before submitting) I would like the charge of $239.97 removed off my credit card and have gotten no satisfaction from getaroom.com despite several attempts to solve this matter.

I have been speaking back and forth with agents , and have emailed this escalations email twice with no response. I should be getting a full refund as the room i booked through you was not available and i was overcharged.
The hotel has done its part and responded with written request that the refund should go through.
Your agents are not being helpful and keep telling me different things. I would just like my money back .

Extremely bad experience

I tried to cancel 10 min after I made the reservation and I never got a refund. This people are scammers. Their cancellation policies are B.S.
I feel bad for the call center agents, they have to deal with angry customers all day. Meanwhile, The CEOs are enjoying the benefits of the people they steal from.

Can not talk with anyone about being double billed
There is still no resolution. No refund on my double billing $1478 of my stay at the Quinn in NY (Hilton Property) in November.
They agreed to it but only talk no action. There have been many reviews of practices like this and they leave me no option but to start legal...

Its a sham.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
This company is a total scam. I needed to book a room for one night at a hotel for golf that I have stayed many times in the past.
I went online and the site that I was lead to believe was the actual hotel site, I eventually found out was not it was this scam company getaroom.com. I booked a room and when I got my email conformation, it said I booked two nights. I immediately called their customer service number within two minutes of receiving the email. When speaking to the representative,(he is still making me think that I am speaking directly to the hotel) he informs me that the Hotel Policy is no changes and no cancellations.
I informed him that I have stayed at this hotel many times and their policy as is the rule in PA, is no penalty if canceled within 24 hours of arrival. (my arrival date was still three weeks away) when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he refused. It was now that I realized I was not speaking to the hotel directly. I hung up the phone and called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Remind you this is all being done within 15 minutes of original booking. I then called the hotel directly to book my room. Cost directly from the hotel for one night, $243.41. Cost charged by this site, $719.39 which included a bogus Tax Recovery & Service Fees of $200.63.
I figured once I disputed the charges with my credit card company, all would be done. The arrogance of this company, they actually responded and provided bogus information to my credit card company again explaining that The Hotel Policy was no cancellations (this company actually has an entire Charge Back Team) I have now provided actual documentation back to my credit card company and my attorney, this includes the false statement that GETAROOM.com provided regarding The Hotel Cancellation Policy the actual Hotel Cancellation policy stating I had up to 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel without penalty and time stamped emails and cell phone statements showing I tried to change my reservation two minutes after receiving the email conformation. People need to know how bad it is to do business with this company!!! We must post these reviews on all social media and travel sites.
Even local radio and TV stations that have segments on companies and their unfair practices.
Better Business Bureaus etc. GETAROOM.COM / CCI*HOTEL RES bad to the bone

After calling the hotel and cancelling with them for the 2 nights I cant get my $$ back.
